GET TO KNOW THE TEAM BEHIND THE TEAM
Dajuan Eubanks, President
Before joining Maine Basketball LLC in 2009 as Vice President of Corporate Sponsorships, Dajuan worked in the experiential marketing industry for 13-plus years with several leading agencies. During this time his role and responsibilities varied from project management to client services to business development and sales where he worked with clients such as the NBA, MLB, USTA, and McDonalds among others. He was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2012 and, most recently, to President in June of 2014. Dajuan is a former player and Goodwill Ambassador of the world famous Harlem Globetrotters where he performed extensively around the world with the organization entertaining thousands of fans. He received his B.A. in Business Management from Rice University where he also was a member of the men's basketball team. Dajuan and his family have lived in Portland since 2005.

Evans Boston, Sr. Director, Public & Community Relations
Evans Boston joined the Maine Red Claws/Celtics in October 2014, but is very familiar with the team. Evans has been covering the Red Claws since their inception as a member of the media. For the previous 7 years, Boston served as a sports anchor and reporter for WGME in Portland. His departure from WGME coincided with Will McClaran’s acceptance of a job with the NBA’s New Orleans Pelicans. The timing was perfect, and Boston was thrilled to join the Red Claws front office. Boston is a Maine native, a graduate of York High School in York. Boston graduated from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communication with a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism. Boston was a key reserve player for the York High School freshman basketball team, and a star bench player on the baseball team as well.

Alicia Milne, Director, Corporate Partnerships
Alicia Milne joined the Maine Celtics as their Director of Corporate Partnerships in June 2023. She brings over a decade of knowledge and experience in partnerships which spans across Maine from her work as the Development Director at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Maine. Much of her early childhood was spent traveling with her parents along the east coast of the US with a six-year stretch in Singapore after which her family came back to Saco in 2001 and have been here ever since. Outside of the office, Alicia enjoys time spent with friends and family, experimenting with new recipes, volunteering, and being active whether it's walks with her dog, skiing, or rock climbing. Her fun fact: She moonlights as an auctioneer for non-profit events, something she hopes to continue to support for organizations across the state.

Joe Quinlan, Manager of Ticket Sales & Services
Joe is a 2016 college graduate who is excited to be a member of the Red Claws/Celtics front office. After graduation, Joe started his career in sports as an inside sales representative for the Red Claws. In Joe’s short time with the Claws, he has been promoted to an Account Executive position. Joe is an avid New England sports fan and is excited to make a positive impact in the community he grew up in.

Nick Russo, Senior Account Executive
Nick Russo started from the bottom…now he’s here! Nick joined the Red Claws/Celtics organization as an intern in 2017, slowly working his way up the ladder to Inside Sales Representative, and eventually to the position of Account Executive, a position he holds today. Nick is a “Local Boy” – a native of Falmouth, Nick attended Cheverus High School and eventually St. Joseph’s College of Maine in Standish, where he earned a Business and Sports Management degree. An avid New England sports fan, Nick roots for all things Boston, especially the Celtics.

Louis Copolov, Manager of Basketball Operations
Louis Copolov joined the Red Claws/Celtics in August 2019 as Manager of Business & Basketball Operations. Prior to the Red Claws, Louis worked in the sponsorship/partnership marketing industry for Topsail and Shamrock Sports & Entertainment. A native of Melbourne, Australia, the sporting and coffee capital of the world, Louis came to the US in January 2014 to attend Northeastern University on a rowing scholarship. Louis represented Australia at the 2015 and 2016 World Rowing Under 23 Championships, winning a bronze medal in the men’s coxed four in 2016. In his spare time, Louis likes to drink local craft beers with friends and knock down shots from beyond the arc.

Carrie Earls, Coordinator of Marketing & Game Operations
Carrie Earls joined the Red Claws/Celtics in November 2019 as Coordinator of Marketing & Game Operations. A Portland native and Deering High School graduate, Carrie earned her bachelor's degree in Sports Management from Southern New Hampshire University in 2018. She spent the last 7 years working at Waynflete School in Portland, teaching and coaching both middle and high school soccer, basketball and lacrosse, where she remains the varsity girls soccer head coach today. Carrie has also spent the past 3 summers coaching at Maineiax Lacrosse, a Portland-based club. Carrie enjoys snowboarding, surfing, rock climbing and watching her 13-year old daughter Morgan compete in her team sports as well. Carrie is an avid New England sports fan, and thrilled to be a part of the Boston Celtics organization.
