The team features three returning players: Jason Calliste (2014-15), Asauhn Dixon-Tatum (2014-16) and Coron Williams (2015-16) will all return to the Red Claws.
Marcus Georges-Hunt, Jalen Jones, Damion Lee and Ryan Kelly were all signed by the Boston Celtics, then waived and designated to Maine as Affiliate Players.
Abdel Nader comes to Maine as a Draft Rights Player. Nader was a second round selection (58th overall) by the Boston Celtics in the 2016 NBA Draft. The remaining players on the training camp roster come to Maine through the 2016 Tryouts or the 2016 NBA D-League Draft.
Training camp begins Tuesday. The Red Claws open the 2016-17 season on November 11th at Oklahoma City. Maine’s home opener is November 18th vs. Long Island at the Portland Expo. Tickets are on sale now by calling 207-210-6655 or visiting MaineRedClaws.com.
