About the Riverside Junior Program

The Riverside Junior Program introduces the game of golf to beginners, intermediate, and advanced players.

Through after school and summer programs, the money raised through the Crusher Open will help provide the tools

needed in teaching the game of golf to all juniors. From the past two Crusher Open tournaments, the proceeds

were used to purchase a mini bus which will provide transportation to the young players to and from school and to

other locations to play matches.

About the Maine Red Claws Foundation

The Maine Red Claws believe that everyone, no matter how big or small, rich or poor, young or old, can make a

difference. Our organization has a simple hope when it comes to our role in the community: to use the power and

magic of basketball and the Maine Red Claws—its people, team, properties and events—to

help better the community in which we live. The Maine Red Claws aim to be active and involved with the state of Maine and the many charities and organizations that work hard every

day to make this such a great place to live with a focus on health and fitness, education and

the children of Maine.
