Maine welcomes Westchester to the Portland Expo

PORTLAND, Maine. - The Maine Celtics return to action on Saturday for the first of two games this weekend against the Westchester Knicks.
Maine will tip-off against the Knicks at 1 p.m. and the game will broadcast live on NBAGleague.com and NBC Sports Boston. The Knicks and Celtics will meet again on Sunday at 1 p.m.
Maine (9-7) looks to rebound after a heartbreaking 122-119 loss in overtime to the Grand Rapids Gold on Thursday night at the Portland Expo. Ron Harper Jr. scored a game-high 37 points behind seven threes in a losing effort. Aaron Scott went 4-6 from three en route to 16 points off the bench. Jalen Bridges also had 16, along with Kendall Brown, who had 15 and Max Shulga, who collected 14. Maine made 20 threes in the defeat, shooting 36.4% (20-55) from distance. The Celtics shot 37.5% (39-104) from the floor.
Westchester (5-11) also played on Thursday in a 110-102 loss to the eastern conference leading Osceola Magic.
The Celtics are expected to have Two-Way player Amari Williams available again on Sunday. Williams has played in six games for the Boston Celtics during the month of January, including two starts for the big club. The doubleheader is also a reunion for Tosan Evbuomwan against his former team. Evbuomwan played the first part of the season on a Two-Way contract with the New York Knicks.
