PORTLAND, ME – The Maine Celtics today announced their schedule for the upcoming 2026-27 NBA G League season.

The Celtics’ hunt for a fourth consecutive playoff appearance begins on Friday, Nov. 6 vs. Westchester. The game is scheduled for a 7:00 p.m. tipoff at the Portland Expo. Maine is slated to play a pair of games against Westchester before hitting the road to take on Delaware on Nov. 13-14. The Celtics will play their standard 50-game schedule in 2026-27, including 24 home games all taking place at the Expo.

Like previous seasons, the 2026-27 NBA G League season will be split into two parts and include an in-season tournament. All 31 NBA G League teams will play 14 games in the Tip-Off Tournament, which culminates with a championship in December at the 2026 NBA G League Winter Showcase in Orlando. Each team’s record will then reset for the remaining 36-game regular season, followed by a traditional NBA G League Playoffs.

Maine will play 15 different opponents over the course of the season. The Celtics will host their traditional New Year’s Eve game, a 1:00 p.m. matinee on Dec. 31 vs. Motor City. Maine will open the regular season playing six of its first eight games at home. The schedule includes nine back-to-back games. Ten of Maine’s home games are family-friendly afternoon start times.
